Mobile Paint Party Reservations
Thank you for choosing Mind & Palette – A Luxe Paint & Vibe Experience. We are honored to help make your event creative, relaxing, and memorable.
Booking Your Event
Private mobile paint parties must be reserved in advance through our website or by contacting us directly at info@mindandpalette.com.
A signed agreement and required deposit are necessary to secure your event date.
Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to your scheduled event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Events booked within seven (7) days of the scheduled date require full payment at the time of booking.
Event Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Events canceled 14 or more days before the scheduled event may be rescheduled one time within six (6) months, based on availability.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling at Mind & Palette's discretion.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, if severe weather creates unsafe conditions, Mind & Palette will work with the client to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
Host Responsibilities
The event host is responsible for providing:
Adequate tables and seating for all participants unless rental equipment has been arranged.
A safe, clean, and accessible event space.
Protection for flooring or surfaces if desired.
Mind & Palette is not responsible for damage resulting from paint spills or accidents during the event.
Paint Kit Orders
Order Processing
All Mind & Palette paint kits are prepared specifically for each customer.
Please allow 2 business days for Local Pickup orders.
Same-day pickup is not available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive an email when their order is ready.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, all paint kit sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on:
Paint kits
Pre-drawn canvases
Custom artwork
Personalized orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mindandpalette.com with photos of the package and contents so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Website Terms of Use

Intellectual Property
All artwork, paint designs, logos, photographs, graphics, text, videos, instructional materials, digital downloads, and website content are the exclusive property of Mind & Palette and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to:
Copy or reproduce artwork or instructional materials.
Use website content for commercial purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Upload harmful software or malicious code.
Payment & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you authorize Mind & Palette to charge your selected payment method.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
Disclaimer
Mind & Palette strives to provide accurate product descriptions and website information; however, colors, product images, and artwork may vary slightly due to screen settings, handmade production, or artistic variations.
Limitation of Liability
Mind & Palette is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services beyond the purchase price of the affected order.
Changes to These Terms
Mind & Palette reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
